The rental company owns 10 units. Most are located on Simkins property in Bloomfield on East Maple Street. I rent two houses and six mobile homes.

My husband, Bob, and I both have our own businesses.
He runs and manages a trucking company callled Inland Trucking.
Inland is completely owned by Simkins Trucking.
I do reality management and own Simkins Enterprises, LLC
